Sage Harvest Agro Pvt. Limited (“Sage Harvest”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website and provides independent advisory services in seed and agri-business supply chains.

2. Information we may receive

We may receive information that you choose to provide when you contact us, such as your name, email address, organisation, role and the information contained in your enquiry.

When you use Puja, our AI-assisted voice guide, the service may process the text or audio you submit, together with technical information needed to establish and operate the voice session. The current website does not contain a conventional contact form or an installed analytics script.

3. How we use information

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential engagements, provide and operate Puja, maintain website functionality, protect the website and services, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Puja and third-party services

Puja uses a Sage Harvest-controlled Cloudflare Worker to obtain a short-lived access token and then connects to Google's Gemini Live service for the AI-assisted voice interaction. The website does not expose a Gemini API key in its client-side code.

Because Puja relies on third-party infrastructure, information transmitted through the service may also be subject to the relevant provider terms and privacy practices. Sage Harvest does not represent that third-party processing is governed solely by this policy.

5. Website hosting and technical information

The website is published using GitHub Pages. GitHub states that visitors to a GitHub Pages site have their IP address logged and stored for security purposes. Technical information may therefore be processed by the hosting provider under its own privacy and security practices.

6. Cookies and analytics

The current Sage Harvest website does not intentionally deploy its own analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party services linked from the website, including YouTube, LinkedIn or other external destinations, operate under their own privacy practices when you visit or interact with those services.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website or an engagement, where you have requested or authorised the disclosure, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
